amok, who doesn’t like it?

Photo-0041a but it’s not fish amok that i’ve learned today. it’s seafood amok.

after the cooking today, i wish i had amok more often. it’s the aroma of the homegrown ‘‘smiling orange leaf’’ that makes it so special. and my trainer told one trick about it!
